Cynthia has been a Registered Nurse since 1978. Her clinical
experience includes five years with Virginia Mason Medical
Center on the Medical and Surgical floors with specialties in
Orthopedics and Respiratory, over nine years with Group Health
in Neuro-Rehabilitation and 13 years at Valley Medical Center
on the Medical and Surgical floors with specialty in
Orthopedics as well as Blood Glucose screening, Physician
referral services, Nurse Recruiting and Employee Health Nurse.
Michael Sipes BA, is a Registered Respiratory Therapist
since 1977. His clinical experience includes six years
as a Respiratory Therapist at Virginia Mason Medical Center,
18 years as Director of Respiratory Care Services at Virginia
Mason and nine years as Clinical Specialist, Respiratory Care,
at Harborview Medical Center.
Sipes Adult Home Care is licensed by the
Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS),
City of SeaTac, and is Dementia and Mental Health Certified by
Washing State DSHS. Licensing requirements include but
are not limited to: Safety, Cleanliness, Required Space
per Resident, Meal Menu's, Emergency Preparedness,
Supervision, (Sipes Adult Home Care chooses to have
suggested levels met and/or exceeded ie. required to have one weeks foods/med's,
they
keep two).
